Purpose of processing:
Contacting you to finalise your booking request.
Data collected:
Surname, first name, telephone number, email address, name of the organisation or person responsible, postal address of the organisation or person.
Use of data:
In the event of a booking, creation of a file in the Vivaticket or Adfinity tool (for B2B) and sending of a booking confirmation with details of the services requested and prices.
Data retention period and period of validity of consent:
3 years (10 years in the case of invoicing).
